We are seeking a proactive and commercially aware Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of customers, many of whom have had bespoke websites developed for them. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients are well supported, relationships are strengthened and opportunities for growth are identified. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships and spotting commercial opportunities.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Proactively account manage clients with existing website and digital solutions.
- Support renewals and retention activity.
- Prepare and issue quotes for additional work or services.
- Provide clients with regular web analytics insights and performance updates.
- Identify and support upselling opportunities.
- Contribute to BID processes and proposals for new or expanded services.
- Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure high service standards.
Previous experience in account management, client services or customer success. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable analysing data and translating insights into clear client updates. Commercial mindset with a proactive approach. Experience within a digital agency, consultancy or technology-led environment. Welsh speaking ability (highly desirable). Familiarity with web analytics platforms and CRM systems.
Performance based bonus scheme. Hybrid working (2 days on-site in Gorseinon, 3 days remote). Opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of digital clients.
