3rd Line Application/Customer Support – Gillingham, UK | Up to £35,000

Are you passionate about solving IT challenges and delivering outstanding customer support? We’re looking for a 3rd Line Application/Customer Support to be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. If you enjoy problem-solving, have strong communication skills, and a solid background in SQL troubleshooting, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or remote tools
  • Troubleshooting SQL databases (queries, stored procedures, performance issues)
