We\’re Hiring: Embedded Software Consultant – Cambridge, UK

Permanent | Full-Time On Site | £50,000 – £80,000 (dependant on experience) + Exceptional Benefits

What You’ll Do:

Design and develop embedded software for mission-critical systems
Work across the full product lifecycle: concept, prototyping, testing, delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in electronics, software, and design
Tackle technical problems with autonomy and creativity

What You Bring:

5+ years’ experience in embedded software engineering
Strong skills in C, Linux, and one other language (e.g., C++, Python, C#, MATLAB)
A degree in a relevant technical discipline
Desirable: ARM-based development, RTOS, low-level debugging, scripting for test/signal processing
Work with a growing, employee-owned organisation with a flat structure
