We're looking for a driven Delivery Consultant to join our team, taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery process across engineering and technology roles throughout the UK. This is a pure delivery-focused position; no BD required, so if you thrive on finding exceptional talent, building candidate pipelines, and making placements, this could be the role for you. 💼 What you'll be doing Taking full ownership of candidate delivery across live engineering and technology briefs Sourcing passive and active candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, direct headhunt, and referrals Conducting thorough candidate qualification calls and preparing candidates for interview Managing candidates through the full process from screening to offer and acceptance Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of STEM talent across your specialist markets Partnering closely with consultants and account managers to ensure client briefs are filled efficiently and to a high standard Keeping your market knowledge sharp, understanding who's hiring, who's moving, and where the talent is 🎯 What we're looking for Proven experience in a recruitment delivery, resourcing, or 360 role Demonstrable experience working in a STEM market — engineering, technology, manufacturing, science, or similar Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search Confident communicator, able to build trust with candidates quickly and represent clients credibly Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of hitting delivery KPIs 📍 The details 📌 Location: UK (details available upon application) 💰 Salary: £30,000–£40,000 basic + uncapped commission 📈 Real opportunity to grow within a business that values delivery excellence If you're a recruiter who takes pride in finding the right person for the right role and wants to do that at scale across some of the UK's most exciting engineering and technology businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
