D365 Business Central Consultant – Jet Reports

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to support a retail-focused implementation. This role will involve hands-on configuration, data handling, and business reporting – with Jet Reports expertise as an essential requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver functional support and configuration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, tailored to a retail operating environment.
- Build and maintain Jet Reports to meet reporting and MI requirements across finance and operations.
- Load and manage Configuration Packages, including data migration and validation.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accurate system setup.
- Support UAT, go-live readiness and post-implementation activities.
- Work closely with teams managing stock, sales, purchasing, and finance modules.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Business Central Functional Consultant
- Proficient in designing and delivering Jet Reports.
- Hands-on experience with Configuration Packages and data uploads.
- Comfortable working in a retail environment, with knowledge of relevant business processes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
Desirable
- Understanding of stock and inventory management within Business Central.
- Exposure to Azure Queues / Azure Service Bus.
- Experience integrating Business Central with third-party retail systems or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Power Platform tools.
