Job Title: D365 Business Central Support Analyst
Salary: Up to £70,000
Location: London (Hybrid)
Currently supporting a well established Retail company in London, who have recently implemented Business Central across their business. They are seeking to hire a D365 Business Central Support Analyst who can provide assistance for both Business Central and their Azure/AIS Interfaces. They want someone who can develop new features for their company and look after the backlog/queues every day and getting the number of issues down as much as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Keep an eye on and oversee the interfaces that connect Business Central Production to both internal and external systems.
- Assist business users with system updates and Business Central adjustments.
- Help with Business Central\’s technical planning Microsoft updates
- Communicate with the appropriate software partners to address problems. actively
- Offer internal user assistance for any ad hoc integration problems.
- When demands are made, respond in a cooperative and adaptable way.
- When there are problems or failures in Business Central, the integration layer, or supplemental applications, create and publish root cause analysis reports.
- Provide the development team with updates and fixes to guarantee ongoing progress.
