Knutsford | Full-time, Fully on site | 2 pm – 10 pm | NO WEEKENDS!
Are you passionate about delivering customer service? Do you thrive on solving problems? Join an established yet growing company as our Customer Support Specialist and be the first point of contact for customer inquiries!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the main contact for customer questions, requests, and simple troubleshooting via phone, email, or chat.
- Record, track, and escalate issues according to company processes and deadlines.
- Always communicate professionally, with empathy and efficiency.
- Help improve processes by spotting patterns and suggesting better ways of working.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of customer support or service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong phone experience – comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
