Customer Service Representative – Dayshift
📍 Northwich | 🕒 Full-time, Fully on site | 2 pm – 10 pm | NO WEEKENDS!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the go-to contact for customer questions, requests, and basic troubleshooting via phone, email, or chat
- Accurately log, track, and escalate issues in line with internal workflows and SLAs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including technical support and service delivery) to ensure smooth issue resolution
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in every interaction
- Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and suggesting process enhancements
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of customer support or service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Experience using ticketing tools and CRMs
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and solutions
- Flexible to work shifts and collaborate in a team-first environment
Nice to Have:
- Certifications like ITIL Foundation or Customer Service Excellence
- Experience in cloud infrastructure or enterprise IT support
