We’re looking for a Head of Technology to own our end‑to‑end technical delivery function from engineering quality and secure development practices to roadmap direction, capability development and operational leadership. The role blends strategic direction (technology roadmap, capability planning, standards) with day‑to‑day operational leadership, coaching the team, and resolving complex technical challenges.
Skills & Experience
- Strong technical background with experience across modern cloud and application development stacks (C#/.Net, Power Platform, Azure).
- Proven hands‑on leadership of small technical teams.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, test automation and modern engineering practices.
- Ability to balance operational leadership with strategic direction.
- Confident communicator who collaborates well and challenges constructively.
