Working with a manufacturing business seeking an experienced Head of Quality to lead and evolve its company-wide quality strategy across a complex, multi-site environment. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, maintaining robust compliance standards, and embedding a proactive quality culture across the organisation.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS), lead multi-site quality teams, and ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations and audit requirements. You will play a key role in shaping quality strategy, improving business performance, and supporting product and process excellence across the full lifecycle.
