We’re looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join a fast-moving technical team and support the development of next-generation hardware products. You’ll work across the full electronics lifecycle - from concept, simulation and PCB design to debugging, validation and EMC compliance. This role suits someone hands-on, collaborative, and confident in high-density, high-speed circuit design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyse and improve electronic prototypes
  • Design and implement new electronics for upcoming products
  • Debug and tune PCB hardware (bench, lab, and in-vehicle)
  • Lead root-cause analysis and design improvements
  • Develop and maintain test, research and validation methods
  • Execute validation plans and verify electrical systems
  • Create prototype PCBs/microsystems for in-house testing
  • Manage EMC reviews and work with specialist labs

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or similar
  • 7-10 years’ relevant engineering experience
  • Strong experience in testing & debugging
  • Full product lifecycle experience from concept to mass production
  • Strong schematic capture & PCB design (Altium or similar)
  • High-speed / high-density board design experience
  • EMC compliance and testing knowledge
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a lab environment
  • Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, global project environments
  • Willingness to travel internationally a few times per year (around 10 days at a time)

Bonus: Video tech experience, RF/antenna design, impedance matching, DDR/MIPI/SERDES/USB/PCIe/HDMI experience.

Hours Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30 (37.5 hrs) *Flexitime - Flexible working hours when working in the office. Start between: 7-10am, Finish between: 3-6pm. Team members are expected to be present for any meeting between these times. Ability to accrue up to 8 hours flexi time.
