- Carrying out installations across commercial and residential sites.
- Servicing, maintaining and upgrading installed systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical, plumbing, mechanical and electronic faults.
- Testing completed systems against defined procedures and checklists.
- Working safely on customer sites in accordance with RAMS and site requirements.
- Troubleshooting equipment and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the development and deployment of new technical solutions.
- Contributing to workshop build, testing and development activities.
- Sharing technical knowledge and supporting training within the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience in a field service, installation or practical engineering role.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with mechanical equipment and systems.
- Good electrical knowledge.
- Practical installation and maintenance experience.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- A willingness to travel frequently across the UK.
- A full UK driving license.
- An electrical installation qualification, plumbing qualification, relevant CSCS card or equivalent engineering qualification would be advantageous. Candidates with strong relevant practical experience will also be considered.
The Opportunity
This is a genuinely varied engineering role, combining field work with workshop-based build, testing and technical development. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple engineering disciplines, develop your technical skill set and contribute to the delivery and improvement of innovative technology solutions.
