Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for STEM markets? We're looking for a driven Delivery Consultant to join our team, taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery process across engineering and technology roles throughout the UK.
This is a pure delivery-focused position; no BD required, so if you thrive on finding exceptional talent, building candidate pipelines, and making placements, this could be the role for you.
- Taking full ownership of candidate delivery across live engineering and technology briefs
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of STEM talent across your specialist markets
- Partnering closely with consultants and account managers to ensure client briefs are filled efficiently and to a high standard
- Keeping your market knowledge sharp, understanding who's hiring, who's moving, and where the talent is
Proven experience in a recruitment delivery, resourcing, or 360 role
Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of hitting delivery KPIs
