We’re on the lookout for a Business Systems Support Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our growing team. You’ll be the go-to person for Business Central support—ensuring everything runs efficiently while collaborating with IT, finance, and operations teams. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about optimizing systems and processes, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)—from troubleshooting user issues to managing data, permissions, and configuration.
- Support multiple UK-based entities and locations.
- Manage and track support tickets through the internal helpdesk.
- Work cross-functionally with teams (finance, operations, etc.) to understand needs and deliver smart solutions.
- Assist in system configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Deliver training and onboarding for new users—ensuring best practices are followed.
- Support integrations with other platforms (e.g. Power Platform, third-party extensions).
- Liaise with external vendors or Microsoft partners for escalated issues.
- Participate in testing and validating updates and enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
