What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take ownership of escalated technical support tickets from 2nd line.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across server, network, and cloud environments.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure SLAs are consistently met.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and update support queries in real time.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services, processes, and documentation.

Tech You’ll Get Hands-On With:

  • Office 365 Suite (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Hyper-V, VMware (clustered environments)
  • HPE/Aruba Networking, VLANs, routing, MPLS

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid 3rd Line support experience in an MSP or fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft and Office 365 ecosystems.
  • Strong networking experience including VLANs and routing.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a wider support function.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications.
  • Experience with CyberEssentials or on-premise telephony.
