We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to play a key role in the development of innovative products and technologies, leading projects from concept through to delivery while mentoring and supporting the wider engineering team. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading complex R&D and product development projects

What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in mechanical design and product development
- Strong understanding and practical application of GD&T for both prototype and production environments
- Experience working across disciplines beyond pure mechanical engineering, such as Hydraulics, Test & Development, Control Systems, Electrical/Electronic Systems, and Integrated Engineering Projects
- Exposure to PCB design, packaging, integration, or electromechanical product development would be advantageous
- Proven ability to lead engineering projects and design teams
- Experience mentoring and developing engineers
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to engineering challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Project management experience with the ability to balance technical and commercial priorities
