Are you a seasoned 3rd Line IT Engineer ready to take on complex challenges in a dynamic hybrid environment?
We\’re partnering with a rapidly growing MSP looking to strengthen their technical team with a confident, capable 3rd Line Engineer. If you\’re passionate about solving deep technical issues and enjoy working with the latest tech stack, this could be your next big move.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of escalated technical support tickets from 2nd line.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across server, network, and cloud environments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure SLAs are consistently met.
- Maintain detailed documentation and update support queries in real time.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services, processes, and documentation.
Tech You\’ll Get Hands-On With:
- Office 365 Suite (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Hyper-V, VMware (clustered environments)
- HPE/Aruba Networking, VLANs, routing, MPLS
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid 3rd Line support experience in an MSP or fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft and Office 365 ecosystems.
- Strong networking experience including VLANs and routing.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a wider support function.
- Full UK driving license.
- Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications.
- Experience with CyberEssentials or on-premise telephony.
