Senior Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing

Location
This is a remote, work-from-home position. Candidates must reside in the UK or Germany, hold a valid passport, and be able to travel internationally. Some travel for client meetings, conferences, etc., is required. Fluency in French is preferred but not required.
The Role
You will own the planning and execution of high-value client strategies, working closely with Account Directors and Program Directors to ensure successful program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Strategy & Relationship Management: Develop and execute strategies, build relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
- Campaign Execution & Operational Oversight: Manage campaign performance, optimize results, and ensure operational excellence.
- Data Oversight & Storytelling: Deliver impactful insights, present data to inform strategies, and support client growth.
- Partner Management & Development: Manage affiliate partnerships, develop new relationships, and stay ahead of market trends.
- Leadership & Team Development: Manage and mentor team members, foster cohesion, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Success Metrics
Within 6 months, manage multiple programs, build client relationships, and optimize campaigns. After 1 year, take full accountability for team performance, promote innovation, and increase client spend.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5-8 years in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing

- Advanced Excel skills; HTML knowledge is a plus
