The Partner Growth Manager (German) is a remote, work from home position. Candidates need to reside in the UK or Germany. Some travel is required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc. Candidates must hold a valid passport, be able to travel internationally and speak fluent German.

THE ROLE: Acceleration Partners is accepting applications for an exciting new role that will sit in our Strategic Territory Growth department. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager with business development/account management experience, to support the growth of this exciting new department and have a key focus in the German affiliate space. This person will be required to join client calls to pitch high value opportunities, provide strategic insights, track progress to goals and proactively manage the top 10 partners for their respective clients.

TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Revenue: Contributes to overall revenue goal for Growth & Partnerships department through creation of high potential relationships and optimization of publishers.
  • Performance and Placement Trackers: Consistently updates department relationship tracker with details on the partnerships they facilitate.
  • Subject Matter Expert in Client Verticals and Partner Relationships: Is a trusted and knowledgeable resource; proactively leads conversations to lend expertise across the organisation.
  • Business Development and Publisher Relationships: Identifies new, high-quality partnerships based on client needs and industry evolvement.
  • Written and Verbal Communication: Comfortable with cold emailing; communications are clear, informative, and engaging.

QUALITIES OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Strong aptitude for identifying digital strategies based on publisher business models, specifically in the German market.
  • Self-starter with a strong internal motivation to hit targets.
  • Experience working with enterprise brands with a deep understanding of their business and media challenges.
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of performance and acquisition marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills to command an audience of senior stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of digital German Market.
  • 4+ years business development or relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in a sales or account management role with enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
