Our client is an established renewable energy specialist with Directors who have been operating within the energy sector since 1999. The company specialises in renewable technologies including Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV Charging across both domestic and commercial properties. Due to continued growth and increasing demand for their services, they are now looking for an experienced Solar Electrician to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business that values its employees whilst continuing to grow within the rapidly expanding renewable energy market.


As a Solar Electrician, your responsibilities will include:



  • Installing and commissioning Solar PV systems across domestic and commercial properties

  • Installing Battery Storage systems, inverters and associated electrical equipment

  • Carrying out testing, fault finding, maintenance and remedial electrical works

  • Completing predominantly local installations across Birmingham and the surrounding areas


The successful Solar Electrician should have:



  • Previous electrical installation experience within domestic and commercial environments

  • Proven Solar PV installation experience

  • Relevant electrical qualifications including NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition

  • Wider experience with Battery Storage or other renewable technologies is advantageous
