As a Kilkenny Solar Site Manager (Utility Scale), your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day construction site operations across utility scale Solar PV projects
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, labour, materials and equipment on site
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures and compliance standards are followed throughout project delivery
  • Monitoring project progress, quality standards, budgets and programme performance
  • Liaising with clients, engineers, consultants and internal project teams throughout the construction lifecycle

The successful Solar Site Manager (Utility Scale Solar) should have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within construction or renewable energy site management
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, Health & Safety and site operations
  • Experience managing subcontractors and delivering projects to programme and budget
  • Relevant construction or project management qualifications such as IPM, SMSTS, Safe Pass or similar
