As a Kilkenny Solar Site Manager (Utility Scale), your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day construction site operations across utility scale Solar PV projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, labour, materials and equipment on site
- Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures and compliance standards are followed throughout project delivery
- Monitoring project progress, quality standards, budgets and programme performance
- Liaising with clients, engineers, consultants and internal project teams throughout the construction lifecycle
The successful Solar Site Manager (Utility Scale Solar) should have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within construction or renewable energy site management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, Health & Safety and site operations
- Experience managing subcontractors and delivering projects to programme and budget
- Relevant construction or project management qualifications such as IPM, SMSTS, Safe Pass or similar
