This position is perfect for a Health and Safety Advisor that wants to play a part in the development of procedures within a nationally known business that has the backing of a multi-million pound turnover global organisation. Reporting directly into the director, this is a chance to get recognised for your ability and the value you add daily with the chance of progressing through to senior positions in the near future, as many of their workforce has.
This organisation works closely with a variety of blue chip businesses that operate in the built environment, construction and manufacturing spaces. Working directly with a FTSE100 company across their portfolio in the region, this opportunity gives the Health and Safety Advisor the responsibility of implementing your own processes and procedures as well as improving already existing standards whilst working in unison with a variety of professionals in their organisations.
Your Role as a Health and Safety Advisor will include:
- Develop, implement and improve current health and safety practice and standards
- Work closely with clients to monitor and deliver in-house HSE reports and training sessions
- Solid experience and understanding of CDM Regulations
- Attending weekly and monthly meetings
The successful Health and Safety Advisor will need:
- Be able to write reports from scratch which will be evaluated and acted upon
- Previous experience within domestic dwellings, housing associations or housebuilders is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- NEBOSH certification
