Your Role as Head of Sales will include:

• Developing and implementing the company's sales strategy
• Building, leading and developing a high-performing sales team
• Driving new business growth while developing key client relationships
• Managing sales performance, KPIs and forecasting
• Working closely with senior leadership to support business growth

The successful Head of Sales will have:

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role
• Strong background within electrical compliance, testing & inspection or facilities management
• Track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth
• Experience building, managing and developing successful sales teams
• Commercial mindset with the ambition to grow a department
