Your Role as a Contracts Manager will include:

• Managing multiple pub & hospitality sites across London & the Southeast
• Overseeing reactive maintenance, planned works & small refurb projects
• Liaising with clients daily and ensuring excellent service delivery
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within agreed budgets

The successful Contracts Manager will need:

• Experience managing FM / maintenance / small works contracts
• Hospitality, retail, leisure or pubs experience highly desirable
• Strong communication, organisation & client-facing skills
• Commutable to Sidcup and willing to travel locally
