This role is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor with extensive knowledge in the M&E sector, a Senior who wants to take ownership of the commercial team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor your responsibilities will include:
* Manage budgets, forecasts and cost reporting for mechanical and electrical packages, ensuring project profitability.
* Oversee subcontractor procurement, tender comparisons and commercial negotiations.
