Every new consultant completes our comprehensive 13-week induction programme, combining personalised one-to-one coaching with collaborative team training, ensuring you have everything you need to build a successful and rewarding career. You'll specialise in one of our high-growth divisions: Renewables, IT, Critical Building Services and Data Centres or Engineering & Manufacturing.

Your role as a Recruitment Consultant will include:

  • Working closely with Directors, Management and Senior Consultants
  • Developing and growing your own specialist market and client base
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Uncapped 40% commission, regular incentives and flexible working hours
  • A tailored training and progression plan with clear career milestones

The role would suit a Recruitment Consultant who:

  • Is ambitious, confident and highly motivated
  • Has a successful background in recruitment or a relevant specialist market
  • Has a proven billing history of circa £200k+ or above annually
  • Is commutable to our City of London office (Bank, Liverpool Street or London Bridge)
  • Wants to be part of a high-growth business where progression is based on performance, not time served
