Our client is a highly regarded M&E maintenance contractor specialising in mechanical, electrical, HVAC and combustion systems across commercial, heritage and public buildings throughout Central London. With an established reputation for delivering high-quality building services, the successful Project Manager will benefit from long-term stability, excellent employee benefits and the opportunity to oversee a variety of maintenance, refurbishment and small works projects within some of the capital's most recognisable locations.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing RAMS, ensuring they are fully compliant.
- Overseeing projects and hitting targets.
- Winning and tendering for projects.
- Liaising with customers and clients.
Requirements
- Extensive experience overseeing construction projects
- Strong knowledge in the M&E sector .
- Experience within commercial buildings, museums or other types of public buildings.
- Extensive knowledge of RAMS, CDM management and site health and safety.
- Familiar with MS projects.
