Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager working within facilities management or building services with ambitions to progress the level of responsibility you have? As a hands-on Electrical Project Manager, you'll lead local teams on high-quality FM projects all within South Wales, meaning no staying away. This role offers excellent scope for career progression, making it ideal for someone with strong project management experience looking to progress in their career with no ceiling holding them back. Best suited to a qualified electrical engineer who has been working in facilities management, building services or similar industries.
Your role as Electrical Project Manager will include:
- Managing the delivery of electrical projects from planning through to completion
- Leading and supporting on-site electrical teams, ensuring work is carried out safely and to a high standard
- Overseeing health & safety compliance and ensuring all installations meet current regulations and industry standards
- Coordinating materials, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to ensure timely project delivery
The ideal Electrical Project Manager will have:
- Experience managing electrical projects within FM or Building services environment
- Qualified Electrician / Engineer
- Management or leadership background outside of PM will also be considered
