Having grown to approximately £2.5 million turnover within the last two years, the business is now targeting £5 million next year and shows no signs of slowing down. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are now looking for an Electrical Improver to join their expanding team. The company places a strong emphasis on developing its engineers, offering extensive training and a clear pathway to progress into Supervisor and Team Leader positions as they continue to build their own installation teams.
