An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a reputable and growing multi-disciplinary building services contractor working alongside Tier 1 main contractors on major UK projects. This is a senior opportunity offering real influence across projects and the chance to shape commercial performance within a successful, forward-thinking business.
As a Commercial Manager you will be part of an established, innovative building services engineering contractor delivering projects across residential, hospitality, education, commercial and healthcare sectors, with offices throughout the UK and Ireland and a strong record of continued growth.
As a Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff
- Overseeing budgets, cost value reconciliation, cashflow forecasting and KPI reporting.
- Coordinating programme, revenue and financial reporting while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Managing subcontract procurement, commercial risk and final account delivery.
- Leading recruitment, development and performance management of the commercial team.
The successful Commercial Manager should have:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification
- Proven experience in a similar commercial leadership role
- Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts and experience working with Tier 1 contractors.
