Your Role as a Maintenance Operations Manager will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the engineering division
- Supporting and supervising office staff and field-based engineers
- Carrying out regular site visits to monitor quality and performance
- Ensuring engineers are working safely, efficiently and to company standards
- Supporting the planning and delivery of commercial maintenance works
The successful Maintenance Operations Manager will have:
- Background working within Facilities Management or Commercial Maintenance
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Manager or Lead Engineer
- Hands-on engineering background
- Strong understanding of commercial maintenance environments
- Full UK driving licence
