Perfect for an electrically biased engineer looking for long-term stability, further training and more involvement beyond day-to-day maintenance.
This established family-run manufacturer has recently invested £10 million into a new process and packing facility, introducing new extrusion, mixing, conveying and packing equipment. Investment is continuing, with further plans around robotics, palletising, automation and upgrades across the existing facility. As the site continues to evolve, they are expanding the engineering team to strengthen each shift and support the next stage of development.
Your Role as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will include:
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- PLC fault finding and diagnostics
- Machinery installations and upgrades
- Supporting automation and engineering projects
The successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will have:
- Electrical bias with mechanical capabilities
- Level 3 Electrical / Engineering qualification
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
- PLC, motors, sensors, pneumatics experience
