Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager working within facilities management or building services with ambitions to progress the level of responsibility you have? As a hands-on Electrical Project Manager, you'll lead local teams on high-quality FM projects all within South Wales, meaning no staying away. Best suited to a qualified electrical engineer who has been working in facilities management, building services or similar industries.

Your role as Electrical Project Manager will include:

  • Managing the delivery of electrical projects from planning through to completion
  • Leading and supporting on-site electrical teams, ensuring work is carried out safely and to a high standard
  • Overseeing health & safety compliance and ensuring all installations meet current regulations and industry standards
  • Coordinating materials, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to ensure timely project delivery

The ideal Electrical Project Manager will have:

  • Experience managing electrical projects within FM or Building services environment
  • Qualified Electrician / Engineer
  • Management or leadership background outside of PM will also be considered
