The company has built a strong reputation delivering specialist air conditioning and refrigeration services across a prestigious portfolio of clients, including major sporting facilities, training grounds, hospitals and commercial offices. With continued growth across the region, they are now looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join their close-knit team, with a strong track record of developing engineers and promoting from within into supervisory and management positions.

As an Air Conditioning Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and general service work across commercial sites
  • Working on VRF, split systems and refrigeration equipment, including compressor replacements and leak testing
  • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs, maintenance and commissioning to a high standard
  • Managing a mobile workload across Luton, North London, Milton Keynes, Stevenage and surrounding areas, with participation in the on-call rota

The successful Air Conditioning Service Engineer should have:

  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong service, maintenance and repair background
  • NVQ qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and F-Gas certification
  • Experience working independently across commercial sites with strong customer service and communication skills
  • Relevant skills card preferred
