We are looking for a highly driven and talented individual to join our team as a Venture Scout to support our investment team. You will work in our London office, reporting to the CEO & Investment Director and working closely with the whole team, sourcing and analysing new investment opportunities and supporting the overall fund growth plan.
We are a small team, so this is an opportunity to take on significant responsibility from Day 1 and to help guide our fund as it grows. The ideal candidate will be proactive and open to new ideas, happy to challenge and be challenged, and excited at the prospect of being part of something new.

About Accelerate Ventures: Accelerate Ventures is a fully funded VC fund focussing on the Sports, Technology and Culture sectors. We use our partnerships with elite sports teams and our in-house consulting expertise to help our portfolio companies unlock the next phase of their growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and screen new investment opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify and prioritise potential investment themes and sectors
- Build and maintain a network of founders, entrepreneurs, and industry experts
- Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and brand awareness through writing blog posts, newsletters, and social media content
Requirements:
- A strong academic background
- A passion for entrepreneurship and innovation and a keen interest in sport, emerging technologies and trends
- Excellent analytical, financial, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high level of initiative, curiosity, and creativity, and a willingness to learn and take feedback
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset and a positive and professional attitude
