Accelerate Personnel are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our established waste management client for Refuse Loaders based just north of Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team.

As a Refuse Loader, you will support the collection of domestic waste and recycling across Norfolk. The role is physically demanding and requires working in all weather conditions, with daily walking distances of up to 56 miles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect household waste and recycling in a safe and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively as part of a crew to complete designated routes
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures
  • Maintain a professional and reliable approach at all times
Requirements:
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Own transport is essential due to location (not accessible by public transport)
Working Hours:

Early starts with finishes in the mid-afternoon

Remuneration and Benefits:
  • £13.25 per hour
  • Overtime paid at £19.88 per hour (after 8 hours)
  • Minimum of 8 hours guaranteed pay per day
