Accelerate Personnel are actively recruiting for our reputable client for 3.5 Tonne drivers in Thetford for various shift patterns Monday to Friday. Our client is one of the largest furniture retailers in the UK. Successful applicants will be working in a 2 person crew, delivering furniture to domestic/commercial properties. Heavy lifting will be required. Assembly experience preferred but not essential.
Drivers are required to complete all vehicle checks before departure. As a driver for this role, you will be expected to provide a safe, reliable and effective delivery and collection service on behalf of our client and their customers, working in a professional manner at all times. This role is about much more than just driving: it’s about helping others and delivering great service, with a smile.
We work closely with our drivers to offer flexibility and accommodate hours and shifts to suit your needs.
Requirements:- Full UK driving licence with category B entitlement
- Your own transport
- Good customer service skills
- £12.71 per hour
- 8 hours minimum guaranteed pay per day
- 20 days plus bank holiday paid
- Weekly pay
- Dedicated driving team available 24/7 on call
