Accelerate People is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to bridge the gap between the Executive Director and Lead SMEs.
You will line-manage Lead SMEs and assessors, set the day-to-day delivery rhythm, and ensure reliable, scalable assessment delivery.
You will oversee capacity, scheduling, utilisation and SLA performance while driving improvement through data, judgment and strong leadership.
Collaboration with Ops, Quality/IQA, Compliance, Product, Technology and Accounts is essential.
