Guardian Family Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to join our friendly and growing team!

You'll work directly with Kyle Crandall, DMD and our clinical team to provide exceptional care in a warm, patient-focused environment.

What You'll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a smooth and comfortable experience for our patients. Responsibilities include:

  • Chairside assisting during dental procedures
  • Infection control and sterilization procedures
  • Taking digital X-rays and assisting with charting
  • Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
  • Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment
  • Taking impressions and assisting with scanning when needed
  • Helping the clinical team keep the day running smoothly
  • Technology in Our Office

  • Dentrix practice management software
  • Digital X-rays
  • CBCT 3D imaging
  • CEREC scanning technology

What We're Looking For

  • Dental assisting experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate
  • CPR certification required
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Friendly, patient-centered communication style
  • A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed
