This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to take charge of the global digital marketing strategy across the Verdigris Management roster. With your understanding of each artist's audience you will develop tailor‐made digital campaigns to enhance the impact of new releases, and grow, retain and engage fanbases with an emphasis on creative ideas and solutions. You will dig into data to understand the effectiveness of various strategies and make recommendations for continuous improvement, providing actionable insights.

As part of the role you will liaise and work alongside multiple stakeholders including artists, managers, agencies, labels and label services to make sure deadlines and objectives are met. You will be working in the London office 4 days a week (Mon – Thurs) with the possibility to work from home on Fridays.

  • Websites & D2C
    • Ensuring websites are up to date and all data is linked correctly
    • Working on D2C strategy with partners
    • Providing new product ideas
  • CRM
    • Ensuring the databases are up to date
    • Planning regular campaigns
    • Setting up automations and workflows
  • Media
    • Overseeing global advertising budgets, split per territory & platform
    • Campaign strategy planning and content briefing
    • Managing agencies (e.g. Motive Unknown) and liaising with label services (e.g. AWAL) on strategies
    • Performance review and optimisation
  • Social Media
    • Ensuring an 'always‐on' strategy
    • Turning data into insights to communicate results to our artists and teams
    • Overseeing coherence between all platforms
    • Continuously finding ways to improve results
  • Touring + Merch
    • Working with booking agents on selling out tours
    • Keeping an eye on artists' merch and ensuring steady sales + new ideas
    • Working on bundles for album releases etc
    • Keeping the artists up to date with their digital metrics
    • Briefing them with new innovations and platform evolution
    • Discussing content ideas with them
    • Supporting them with all digital activities
  • Management
    • Working with each artist's day to day manager
    • Working with Creative Manager on tasteful content creation
    • Ensuring their projects are running smoothly
    • Providing upskilling

You have:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in digital marketing at a strategic level
  • CRM database and campaign management proficiency
  • Confidence in managing digital global media campaigns from start to finish
  • A passion for website, D2C and consumer journey optimisation
  • Ability to report and translate results in a comprehensive way to various stakeholders
  • A passion for music
  • Fantastic organisational skills to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Curiosity, love of innovation and always ready to learn more
  • A creative mindset, delivering big ideas for our artists
  • Excellent attention to detail
