We're expanding into contract recruiting to better serve clients who need on-demand talent across large-scale implementations and innovation initiatives.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Contracts to build and lead our contract recruitment division. This role is for someone who has previously built or scaled a contract book of business, understands enterprise clients, and can go from zero to structured and scalable quickly. You'll own the P&L, lead client relationships, and eventually build and manage a delivery team. The expectation is to grow this line to $1M+ in annual billings within the first 12 months.
Responsibilities
— Build and operationalize the contract recruitment function from the ground up
— Own business development across enterprise accounts and project-based hiring needs
— Lead delivery for contract roles including: Microsoft Dynamics (F&O, CE, BC), Salesforce (Admin, Dev, CPQ, Marketing Cloud), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Cybersecurity (GRC, SecOps, IAM), AI and data roles (ML engineers, NLP, LLM ops)
— Recruit, manage, and mentor a growing team of contract recruiters
— Create and implement internal systems for contractor compliance, reporting, and SOW tracking
— Partner with leadership to shape pricing, margin, and operational strategy
What We’re Looking For
— 5+ years in contract recruiting with experience in agency or RPO environments
— Proven track record building or scaling a contract book to $1M+ in annual revenue
— Strong understanding of enterprise clients, procurement processes, and SOW models
— Ability to develop and clearly communicate a 60-day plan for launch and scale
— Comfortable wearing both sales and delivery hats in the early stages
— Experience building systems, workflows, and teams from scratch
