We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead customer-facing, post-sales implementations of a real B2B SaaS product. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of customers, engineering, and delivery, and enjoys owning implementations end to end (typically 8β12 weeks).
What You'll Do
- Lead B2B SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements and define scope
- Coordinate and delegate work across multi-resource engineering teams
- Drive program execution, solve complex technical problems, and improve processes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in TPM, program/project management, or engineering
- Hands-on experience leading software product implementations (not one-day deployments)
- Strong customer-facing experience
- B2B SaaS and startup experience required
- Technical background with any coding language (JavaScript a plus) and SQL
Nice to Have
- Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
- Backgrounds like TPM, Solutions Engineer, Delivery/Implementation Manager, or Forward Deployed Engineer welcome
