The Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex SaaS implementations and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, and customer teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver high-quality customer implementations on time
  • Own and manage detailed project plans, proactively communicating status, risks, and dependencies
  • Define and track key metrics, quality standards, and performance indicators
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams across technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch phases
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including automation opportunities that reduce manual effort
  • Surface product enhancement opportunities and partner with Product & Engineering leadership to influence roadmap decisions
  • Operate as a strategic bridge between technical teams and customer stakeholders

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management

Required Skills

  • Proven experience owning SaaS implementations or technical delivery for B2B customers
  • Strong discovery skills — gathering requirements, defining scope, and translating user needs into actionable plans
  • Exceptional project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to operate autonomously and influence across multiple teams
  • Strong communication skills with experience defining and improving processes
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with complex systems
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
