Our client is building the AI operating system for financial advice and wealth management — automating the complex back-office, compliance, documentation, and workflow systems that make financial advice expensive and difficult to scale. They’re YC backed, recently raised a $15M Series A, and are trusted by hundreds of advisory firms across the UK. The team is building a small, elite engineering strike team with an extremely high bar for ownership, systems thinking, and product velocity. They’re hiring a Product Engineer / MTS to own core features end-to-end across AI workflows, compliance-heavy software, and adviser infrastructure.

You’ll work on:
- AI-powered product features used every day
- Meeting capture and documentation systems
- Suitability reports and annual review workflows
- Compliance automation and file-checking systems
- Client onboarding and CRM surfaces
- LLM integrations, RAG, and structured document generation
- Fast, reliable, well-tested software for regulated environments
Must have:
- Exceptional product engineering ability
- Strong Go, TypeScript, or Python experience
- Ability to own features end-to-end from scope to production
- Experience building high-quality user-facing software
- Strong systems thinking and product judgment
