What you'll be doing

This is a hands-on lead role with real technical ownership. You'll improve the developer experience while making software delivery more secure, reliable and repeatable.

• Own and evolve theinternal developer platform
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling
• Build secure, repeatable patterns for cloud infrastructure
• DriveInfrastructure as Code and GitOps
• Own GitLab and the wider engineering toolchain
• Embed security into delivery without slowing engineers down
• Improve automation, observability and platform reliability
• Help grow and mentor the DevSecOps team

What you'll bring

• Experience buildingdeveloper platforms, platform tooling or complex CI/CD environments
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge
• Hands-onKubernetesexperience
• Terraform, OpenTofu or Pulumi
• Python, Go or Bash
• scripting/software engineering skills
• Strong understanding of secure software delivery and modern DevSecOps
• A mindset focused onautomation, simplicity and developer experience

A couple of practical points

• This is primarily anoffice-based role, working closely with software, AI and infrastructure engineering teams.
• You'll need theright to work in the UKand be eligible to obtainUK Security Check (SC) clearance.
