Role Overview:
As a Resident Solutions Architect (RSA), you will play an important role during the Acceldata customer journey. You will collaborate with our sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Acceldata platform. As an RSA, you will help ensure customer success by increasing focus and technical accountability to our most complex customers who need guidance to accelerate the onboarding of use cases on the Acceldata platform, helping them maximise the value they get from our platform and the return on investment.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Assist strategic customers in deploying their use cases and workloads into production on the Acceldata ADOC platform, leading the post-win technical engagement.
