Overview
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Legal & Corporate Project Consultant to provide legal and business advisory support for our international projects. This role involves managing corporate structuring, compliance, and documentation processes while advising on strategic business and investment matters. The ideal candidate will combine a strong legal background with a deep understanding of corporate governance and project coordination. Provide legal and corporate advisory support for business, finance, and real estate projects in multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, corporate documents, and partnership agreements.
- Manage corporate structuring, company formation, and regulatory compliance processes under UK and international law.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for new projects, investments, and business ventures.
- Advise management on corporate governance, shareholder relations, and internal policy development.
- Support cross-functional coordination between legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure project alignment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and legal documentation.
- Conduct market and legal research to inform strategic business decisions.
- Prepare reports, legal opinions, and project summaries for senior management.
- Liaise with external legal advisors, regulators, and business partners as required.
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, legal consulting, or business advisory.
- Strong understanding of UK and international corporate structures, compliance, and company governance.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in international or multicultural teams is a strong advantage.
