Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow-up on all inbound leads received through the website, live chat, email, telephone, eCommerce and other routes to market as quickly as possible.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective customers through a variety of mediums including outbound calling, email, and social media.
  • Qualify and identify the needs of prospective customers and coordinate internally to provide a smooth handoff to the sales organization for efficient and timely follow up.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Track and manage activities within Salesforce.com CRM and verify accuracy of data added to the database.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads passed from marketing to sales, conversion rates and success of leads converted into opportunities.
  • Identify and update duplicate and mis-identified lead records in Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Coordinate and schedule initial meetings with prospects as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve the prospect to customer journey.
  • Maintain an active dialogue with marketing by reporting trends and common questions for improvement of lead flow process.
  • Make refinements to qualification strategy as product enhancements and new features are introduced.
  • Become astute at understanding challenges our prospective customers face and how our product fits their needs.
  • Serve as a brand advocate who contributes ideas, strategies and logic to advance the Jamf brand, culture and vision.
