We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the Preston area for a recycling operative. The duties for this role will consist but not limited to the following:
- Operating machines within a busy manufacturing site.
- Operating a counter balance FLT Truck, moving loads around site.
- Working as a team to ensure production targets are met.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensuring the machines have all the correct products in order to run and overseeing these checks on a daily/weekly basis.
- Ensuring working area is kept clean and tidy.
The breakdown of estimated working week within this role will consist of the following:
- 20% working on the FLT Truck
- 30% cleaning
- 50% Machine Operating
We have 4 positions available as per the following:
- 2 x 4pm - 00:30am Monday to Friday
- 2 x 00:00am - 08:30am Monday to Friday
The salary for these roles is: £27,000 per annum.
