We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Process Operator to join our production team. You'll work individually and as part of a team to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality output and minimal downtime.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor production machinery to meet quality and efficiency standards
- Carry out routine checks and adjustments to maintain product specifications
- Work safely and report any issues or unsafe conditions
- Communicate effectively with team members across shifts
- Keep your work area clean and organised
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a manufacturing or production discipline
- Basic computer and IT skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure

Shift & Salary
- 3-shift pattern (days & nights) 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am
